C.M.P.No.10069 of 2022 in S.A.No.1352 of 1997 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to condone the delay of 1328 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent viz., Vijayarangam.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
