ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6420 of 2024, thereby quashed the order of suspension and directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, they filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.2373 of 2024 and granted an interim of stay. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
