ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.3 by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16569 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.27752 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP No. 11938 of 2025 has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
