ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22325 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2021 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam. He also produced a copy of E-filing report before this Court. 3.
