ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to quash the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.8598/E1/2008 dated 23.7.2008 and consequently, direct the respondent to extend the time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

schedule fixed for the last date of admission to petitioner institute under Management Quota granting sufficient time to the petitioner institute from the last cut off date on 31/07/2008 from the admission through the single window system. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
