PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in A.No. 1922 of 2024 dated 22.04.2024.

ORDER

Affidavits had been filed by the second petitioner and by the third respondent.

2. In the affidavit of the second petitioner, it had been stated that by an order dated 28.04.2025, the third respondent was directed to hand over the child to the petitioners and the child was also handed over on 30.05.2025. The petitioners also handed over the child back to the third respondent on 01.06.2025.

3. In the affidavit filed by the third respondent, after stating all the facts, it had also been stated that the child had been handed over to the respondents on 01.06.2025. It had been further stated that the respondents would comply with the directions of the Court.

4. In view of the fact that the child had been handed over back to the respondents as directed by the Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed.

5. It is also informed that the Original Petition is at the stage of recording of evidence. That statement made is also recorded. 10.06.2025 vsg Index: Yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order
