C.M.P.No.10122 of 2022 in S.A.No.1352 of 1997 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/LR's of the 2nd appellant to condone the delay of 3561 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant in S.A.No.1352 of 1997.

2.Though notice served on the respondents 3 to 7, none appeared on behalf of the respondents 3 to 7.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4.Post the matter on 18.11.2022.
