ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent college to refund the entire fee amount of Rs.2,40,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty Thousand Only) paid by him to the first respondent as mandated under the UGC Guidelines dated July 2021 and consequently, direct the first respondent college to issue a No Claim Certificate in favour of his daughter Ms. Akanksha Samuel.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the

petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
