Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in No.T.IX.2/2020-EC-1 dated 29.09.2020 passed by the 5th respondent (insofar as the petitioner is concerned) and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to remain at GC CRPF Avadi till his representation dated 05.08.2020 to the DG CRPF Delhi disposed off and to retain the petitioner at least one year in Avadi CRPF itself. O R D E R

Mr.P.R.Ramesh Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 has produced a proceedings of the DIGP, GC, CRPF, Avadi, Chennai-65 addressed to the Registrar General, High Court General in No.J.II-1/2022 - Pairvi Cell dated 14.02.2022 informing that the impugned order of transfer was cancelled by the respondent and he is retained in GC Avadi and the petitioner also reported in the DC on 30.06.2021 and therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
