O R D E R

The respondent initiated proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.2375 of 2011 before the Principal Family Court, Chennai, against the petitioner praying for a decree of divorce. It is the grievance of the petitioner that no action was not taken up by the trial Court, to dispose of the said proceedings. The petitioner is therefore before this Court to fix outer time limit for disposal of the proceedings.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondent, in spite of printing his name in the cause list after service.

3. The learned Principal Family Court Judge, Tambaram is directed to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No. 2375 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
