This Court has condoned the delay vide C.M.P. No.12983 of 2024 in filing the petition to condone the delay of 676 days in filing the petition to bring on record the respondents 20 and 21 herein/ proposed respondents 21 and 22 as Legal representatives of the deceased first respondent/ Karuppana Gounder in S.A.No.671 of 2012 2.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the first respondent is allowed.
