This Court has set aside the abatement vide C.M.P. No.12986 of 2024 caused by the death of the first respondent/ Karuppanna Gounder in S.A. No.671 of 2.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the respondents 20 and 21 herein/ proposed respondents 21 and 22 as Legal Representatives of the deceased first respondent is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
