Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1680/A5/2013 dated 22.07.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to promote the Petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant(Mathematics) in the existing vacancy at Sikkarayapuram Panchayat Union Middle School, Kundrathur Union(at Padappai) based on her seniority and eligibility in operation of panel prepared as on 01.01.2013 by the 3rd Respondent, within the time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the order of transfer is under challenge in this writ petition. During the pendency of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, the petitioner had been further transferred to some other place and therefore, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
