Ka. No.R1/22434/2017 dated 30.4.2019 confirming the 2nd respondent order passed in proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 17820/ 2018/ L2 dated 10.7.2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st 1/4
respondent to pass appropriate orders to treat the entire period of suspension as duty period for the purpose of continuity of service, seniority, promotion, pensionary benefits etc and consequently direct the respondents to pay the balance of arrears of salary for the said suspension period together with interest within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
