Ka. No. R1/ 22434/ 2017 dated 30.4.2019 confirming the order passed in proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 17820/ 2018/ L2 dated 10.7.2018 by the 2nd respondent pending WP No.16294 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.Y.BHUVANESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- In view of Notice being ordered in the main Writ Petition, no order need be passed in this Miscellaneous Petition.

Hence, this Petition stands dismissed.
