No appearance ***** O R D ER The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent herein to return the original sale deed dated 05.07.2007 (Document No.1586 of 2007), on the file of District Registrar Office, Dharmapuri to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 22.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the original sale deed dated 05.07.2007 has been returned to the petitioner. Hence, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
