When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 22.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the original sale deed dated 05.07.2007 has been returned to the petitioner. Hence, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
