The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Court challenging the order passed in E.A.No.156 of 2014 in E.P.No.515 of 1982 in O.S.No.118 of 1976 on the file of the District Munsif, Polur. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

va/rts 2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order passed in E.A.No.156 of 2014 in accordance with law before the appropriate Appellate forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
