O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to give necessary adequate protection to the petitioner and her children forthwith petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the petitioner had given a complaint dated 29.07.2021, seeking adequate protection to her and her children from her husband. Based on her complaint, both parties were summoned to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
police station and during the enquiry, the petitioner had stated that if her husband/R2 does not drink and gives his earning to her, she will live along with him. The petitioner's husband/R2 had also given an undertaking that he will go to work and hand over the money to his wife and he will take care of his wife and children.
3. He would further submit that based on the undertaking given by both the parties, the complaint has been closed and he would also submit that as of now, the petitioner does not require any protection. If subsequent complaint is given by the petitioner, suitable and proper action will be taken and if necessary, appropriate protection will be given to the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
