This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the amount of outstanding mentioned in order dated 11.04.2022 in W.P.No.8900 of 2022.

2. The petitioner has committed an error in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition in setting out the amount of refund and interest as Rs.2,63,499/- instead of Rs.3,53,499/-.

3. Mr.Abul Kalam, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that there has, indeed, been an error and thus the prayer as sought for is granted and this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
