When the matter was called today, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, submitted that the judgment of this Court made in W.A.Nos.1034 of 2020 and 1384 of 2019 dated 21.02.2023 has been duly complied with and that the contempt petitioners have also availed the benefits.

3. Recording the said submission, these contempt petitions are closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the compliance order passed by the respondents, it is open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
