Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 29.12.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent made in Ka.No.005980/680/Ni.Pi 2/Vu 2/ko.T.Bairappan/2015 dated 29.12.15 and quash the same as illegal and without application of mind and consequently direct the respondents herein to grant half of the family pension to the petitioner as per Rule 49(7) (a)(i) of the Tamilnadu Pension Rules, 1978.
