This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the impugned notice issued by first Respondent dated 28.05.2019 published in the Tamil News Paper "Daily Thanthi" dated 28.05.2019 and quash the same.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
