This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 01.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13068 of 2022 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.7 of 2022, before the concerned Magistrate, on or before 18.07.2022, and on such deposit, the petitioners shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
