Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner on 01.06.2022 in Crl.OP.No.12460/2022 that the Petitioiner should report before the Superintendent of police Town Police Station, Cuddalore daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12460 of 2022 on 01.06.2022 to report before Superintendent of Police, Town Police Station, Cuddalore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Superintendent of Police, Town Police Station, Cuddalore, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
