O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e. cross massage in the name and style of "New Beauty SPA" at No.66/7, Salem Main Road, Sankari, Salem District.

2. Heard Mr.I.C.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when the petition came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions would submit that in respect of this petitioner, no complaint/no petition is pending on the file of the respondents police.

4. In the said circumstances, in the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, there shall not be any necessity for the police officers to summon the petitioner.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
