ORDER

The present Criminal Revision is filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.889 of 2012 dated 03.08.2012 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Tract Court, Hosur.

2. It is the case of the petitioner to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the complaint before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur. For which he preferred a Cr.M.P.No.889 of 2012 before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur and the same has been dismissed on the grounds that the petitioner is not vigilant, in what way there is a delay of 25 days, for which point of time delay is calculated.

3. Aggrieved over the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur, the petitioner is before this Court with this present Criminal Revision.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfactory and ignorance of law is not excusable. Moreover it is a clear negligence of the petitioner to delay in filing the complaint. Therefore, the Judicial Magistrate, Fast https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Track Court, Hosur, has rightly dismissed the Cr.M.P.No.889 of 2012.

6. Hence there is no merit in this Criminal Revision. This Court is not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur. Therefore, the present Criminal Revision is dismissed.
