Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to extend the last date submission of tenders in Short Term Tender Notice No.14/2020-2021/SE/B (C & M) C/Slm dated 15.09.2020 by thirty days calculated from 02.10.2020 to 02.11.2020.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the third respondent to extend the last date for the submission of tenders in Short Term Tender Notice No.14/20202021/SE/B (C & M) C/Slm dated 15.09.2020 by thirty days calculated from 02.10.2020 to 02.11.2020.

3. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, upon instructions, states that the tender, which was scheduled to be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 09.10.2020 (i.e. today) is extended upto 3.30 p.m. on 22.10.2020. The said fact is recorded.

4. As the extension of submission of tenders sought for by the petitioner was already considered by the respondents, nothing survives in this writ petition to be decided. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
