The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in OS.No.5 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.N.V.ASHOK KUMAR, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of OS.No.5 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2023.

4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs. 22-04-2026 Index: Yes/No MPA
