From the records it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 16.05.2014 to the respondents stating that the classification with respect to the Door No.1/37, East Street, Pavithram Village has been wrongly made. On the said representation, an inspection report was given by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Erumapatti, Namakkal District. The petitioner was also informed by the Office of the respondent no.4 stating that a report has been called for in this regard from the respondent no.1. Thereafter, by the memo dated 11.07.2014, the respondent no.3 has once again directed the respondent no.1 to take appropriate action and file a report. A report was also filed by the respondent no.1 in proceedings dated 20.03.2015 to the respondent no.3. Thereafter, the petitioner made a further representation on 26.08.2015, followed by another representation on 08.10.2015 to the respondent no.4. As no action is forthcoming even thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate final orders on the report sent by the respondent no.1 in Na.Ka.No.27362-2014 B3 dated 20.03.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
