ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner on frivolous complaint.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was called for enquiry by the fourth respondent with regard to the petitioner's involvement in a case registered in Cr.No.85 of 2026 for offences under Section 316(2), 318(2) BNS and the other respondents have not called the petitioner for any enquiry.

3. Since the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.85 of 2026 and calling him for enquiry would not be termed as harassment. The fourth respondent shall proceed with the enquiry as per the procedures and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.
