The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the order of transfer passed by the second respondent, dated 24.8.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is ready to submit representation to the first respondent and the first respondent may be directed to consider the same.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jayaprakashnarayanan, the learned Special Govt. Pleader for the respondents.

4 Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the first respondent and the first respondent is directed to consider the said representation on merit and in accordance with law.
