Respondents Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent in proceeding F.No.4/19/72/CCRAS/E.stt in Office Order No.1812/2002, dated 13.02.2002, and quash the same and direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner in the place of third respondent to act as incharge of the Central Research Institute for Siddha, Arumbakkam, Chennai.
