Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for the willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 18.08.2023 made in W.P.No.5496 of 2021.

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the writ appeal against the order dated 18.08.2023 in W.P.No.5496 of 2021 is pending. The Tahsildar, Mambalam Taluk, conducted an enquiry and passed an order in proceedings dated 12.02.2024.

2. Thus, the directions issued by this Court to consider the application has been scrutinized and accordingly, an order has been passed. Therefore, the respondents have not committed any contempt of Court willfully. If any grievance exists, it is for the petitioner to work out her remedy. Appeal, if any preferred under the relevant statute, the same may be prosecuted.
