RESPONDENTS Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal file by the petitioners on 7.10.2015 within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

In pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11207 of 2015, dated 4.9.2015, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 7.10.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2 The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that though S.R. number has been given, no steps have been taken to dispose of the appeal.

3 The learned Additional Govt. Pleader submitted that even assuming that the appeal has been presented on 7.10.2015 it has been verified and the same is pending as of now. 4 Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is otherwise in order. In the meanwhile, there shall be an order of status quo as of today shall be maintained.

The Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
