ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the 1st petitioner's property.

2.On careful reading of the entire materials placed on record, it is clear that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent. In a dispute of this nature, the police will have no role to play. If the 2nd respondent is interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property, it is for the petitioners to safeguard their rights and the police cannot interfere in a case of this nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is made clear that the police will not interfere in the dispute pending between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent and they will workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
