ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.12 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has raised various grounds which are factual in nature and requires appreciation of evidence and this Court cannot undertake the said exercise in jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in D.V.C.No.12 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
