2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it discloses that the matter essentially relates to a civil dispute. The petitioner has approached the authorities seeking for relief.
