This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant one mark for the answer given by the petitioner to Q. No.9 in Version - A of the Mathematics Question Paper in Higher secondary (second Year) Examination March/ July 2020 and revise the marks obtained by the petitioner in the said paper from 98 percentage to 99 percentage and further direct the respondents to accordingly revise the petitioners Cutoff Mark and Rank in the Academic Rank List for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission 2020 and consider his candidature in the seat allotment process accordingly.
