Seeking survey of the land situated at Mathapuram village, Eravangudi Mathura, petitioner made representation on 4.8.2015 enclosing payment challan for the abovesaid purpose. The same has not been considered by the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2 Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, dated 4.8.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and third parties if so required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
