This Criminal Revision Case is arising out of the impugned order dated 05.08.2020 passed in Cr.M.P.No.369 of 2020 in M.C.No.1 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the maintenance case in M.C.No.1 of 2019 itself was disposed of by the Court below. Since the maintenance case itself is disposed of, the impugned order herein merges with the final order passed in the maintenance case in M.C.No.1 of 2019.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
