2. In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it is stated that private notice had been taken and Court notice had also been taken. The notice have been returned as unserved to the said defendants 4, 5, 6. It is also stated that the notice had been issued to the last known addresses of the said defendants. In view of these facts, to complete the service, the present application has been filed seeking permission to effect service through substituted service.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff. In view of the reasons the paper publication is directed in any one issue of "Makkal Kural" with circulation in Chennai to be effected on or before 16.10.2020, for the hearing date 18.11.2020.
