sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.20 of 2023 on 07.07.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
