ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction forbearing the respondents from in manner establishing or opening any TASMAC shops in and around the adjacent streets at the Ganapathy Vilas Rice Mill Road, Rasipuram, Namakkal District. 2.Mr.N.Nedunchezhiyan, learned standing counsel for the respondent TASMAC, on written instructions, submitted that there is no proposal to locate any TASMAC shop in and around the adjacent streets at the Ganapathy Vilas Rice Mill Road, Rasipuram, Namakkal District.

3.Recording the said submission, there will be a direction to the respondents restraining them from in manner establishing or opening any TASMAC shops in and around the adjacent streets at the Ganapathy Vilas Rice Mill Road, Rasipuram, Namakkal District. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
