The petitioners seek for stay of all further proceedings of the judgment and decree dated 20.12.2019 passed in O.S.No.479 of 2013.

2. It is seen that the suit in O.S.No.479 of 2013, which is a suit for declaration and permanent injunction filed by the petitioners, has been dismissed by the Trial Court. Hence, there is no question of grant of stay of the further proceedings pursuant to a decree for dismissal of a suit.

3. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.

4. Registry is directed to prepare the pleadings and documents in the appeal and list the appeal in the 1st week of December, 2023.
