The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.03.2025 and 08.04.2025 based on the order passed in the third respondent in Na.Ka.o.A/2160/2012 dated 06.12.2018 and given all benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has sent representations dated 03.03.2025 and 04.08.2025 to revise the date of conferment of permanent status from 25.04.2007 to comply 480 days from joining his service and to provide him scale of pay applicable for regular employee as per the order passed in Na.Ka.o.A/2160/2012 dated 06.12.2018, and the same are yet to be considered by the first and second respondents. 2/5

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and second respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representations made by the petitioner within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 03.03.2025 and 04.08.2025, and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
