This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to register the petitioners' complaint dated 20.01.2015, file a FIR and investigate and take appropriate action according to law against the accused persons.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioners have sent a joint complaint dated 20.01.2015 by post. Therefore, one of the petitioners is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Central Crime Branch and on such complaint being given, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Central Crime Branch, shall allot the same to a competent Investigating Officer to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
