Writ Petition No.15801 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to the impugned order dated in 10.04.2018 in Na.Ka.No.1958/A1/2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent, quash the same and direct the 4th respondent to cancel the entry in the register book and encumbrance records kept by him effecting cancellation of partition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
