Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of a Writ, directing the Respondent herein to receive the application of the petitioners, dated 04.06.2019, in form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of a Autorickshaw permit to operate the vehicle within radius of 30K.m., distance from Mecherry Bus Stand, Salem District and to consider the same and to pass orders in accordance with law.

For petitioner : Mr.A.Ganesan (in all W.Ps.) For Respondent : Mr.D.Suryanarayanan Additional Government Pleader (in all W.Ps.) C O M M O N O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate representing for the Regional Transport Corporation.

2. The allegations of the petitioners herein is that their application for Autorickshaw permit was not received by the Regional Transport Corporation. Hence, they wants direction from this Court to the Regional Transport Corporation, Salem to receive their application for Autorickshaw permit.

3. The learned Government Advocate would point out the copy of the application annexed in the typed set and submit that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners have not enclosed the requisite fee prescribed and the application itself is un-signed. Unless and until, they make their application with requisite fee and enclose all the necessary documents, the applications cannot be entertained.

4. In view of the above submission by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioners are directed to submit their application with all documents and requisite fees to the respondent. On such submissions, the respondent shall consider the applications and pass appropriate orders.

5. With the above observation, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
