This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct further investigation in Crime No.125 of 2025 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Criminal Original Petition, directs the respondents police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.125 of 2025 by considering the representation dated 10.02.2025 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice and giving an opportunity of hearing to him and its outcome shall be informed to the petitioner within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
