The instant application has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in representing the written statement.

2. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application that the written statement was filed by the applicant/plaintiff on 10.10.2022. It is further stated that due to shifting of the office premises of the previous counsel, the returned papers were misplaced. Subsequently, the applicant engaged a fresh Advocate and filed a change of vakalat. The returned papers were represented through the new counsel. In the mean time, there was a delay of 200 days in representing the returned papers.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay in representing the written statement is condoned.

4. Accordingly the application is allowed.
